More than just a hub, ICON is a Center of Excellence that delivers 24/7 nationwide Managed Services and Cybersecurity Defence, backed by certified call center agents ready to resolve client needs at the first and second levels.

As part of a growing network of Advanced Response Centres (ARC) in the region, ICON brings together service desk, network operations, and security operations in a seamless 3-in-1 concept. With this, we are creating what’s ahead to ensure secure, innovative and seamless operations for organizations nationwide.
